The inauguration ceremony was a perfect start, marked by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp and a soulful Saraswati Vandana, setting a serene and thoughtful atmosphere. The brief yet impactful introductory session provided a glimpse into the significance of the event.
The felicitation of esteemed guests added a sense of honor and respect, acknowledging their valuable contributions to the field. The addresses by Dr. Sangita Choudhary, Dr. Vishwesh A. Vyawahare, and Dr. Mukesh D. Patil were enlightening and insightful, providing valuable perspectives on the pressing issue of climate change. The stage was also graced by Prof. Rushali Thakkar sharing her views and insights.

The subsequent 45-minute technical talk by Prof. Dattatray Sawant on “Omnidirectional Spherical Robot Mechanism” was a captivating exploration into innovative technology, captivating the audience’s attention and sparking intellectual curiosity.
The introduction of Dr. Kavita Sonawane, WIE AG Chair, IEEE Bombay, added a personal touch and connected the participants with the larger IEEE community. Dr. Kavita Sonawane’s talk resonated with the audience, encapsulating the essence of the event and reinforcing its significance.

The eagerly awaited prize distribution ceremony recognized and celebrated the outstanding contributions and efforts of participants. The prize distribution was done by Dr. Sharad P. Jadhav(HOD Instrumentation Engineering) and Dr. Sangita S. Chaudhari (HOD Information and Technology). The first position was bagged by Soham Nar presenting his idea of Pioneering Aquabond Solar Array-An innovative water-based revolution in Solar energy. The other prize winners are as follows -
